Privacy Choices

Rally AI is operated by Bryce Ranchero, an individual in Illinois. The service is for adults age 18 or older in the App Store countries and regions where it is available. Updated October 23, 2026.

Subscription, Free Trial & Cancellation Terms

Both Rally Pro plans include swing scores with personalized coaching feedback, skeleton video analysis to understand your technique, and downloadable analysis videos to review and share while the subscription is active. Analysis requires internet and remains subject to authorization, capture-quality and service limits. In version 2.0, build 77, you can complete setup by choosing Continue for free without starting a subscription or trial. Manual and timed session logging, notes, full journal history, editing, deletion, court-time Insights, visual PDF export and completed-session data export are free. Paid analysis and analysis-video exports require Rally Pro; saved analysis results remain viewable after Pro expires. Any legacy free allowance is separate from a subscription trial and does not automatically start billing.

• Monthly: Rally Pro Monthly is billed once per month. The current regular price for new U.S. subscribers is US $9.99 per month.
• Annual: Rally Unlimited is an annual Rally Pro subscription billed once per year. The current regular price for new U.S. subscribers is US $29.99 per year, charged in full. Any monthly equivalent is a comparison only, not monthly installment billing.
• Your price: these U.S. prices were checked October 5, 2026. Prices, currencies, taxes, offers and existing subscriber terms may vary. The app and Apple's confirmation sheet show your localized price, billing period and applicable offer before you authorize a purchase. Check your Apple subscription settings for your actual renewal amount and date.

Three-day free trial: eligible new subscribers currently receive three days free on either regular plan. Apple determines eligibility; an introductory trial is generally available only once per subscription group, not once per plan. Switching between monthly and annual does not create a second trial. If you are not eligible, the regular price shown by Apple applies when you subscribe.

Automatic renewal: after the trial or first paid period, the selected subscription renews each month or year unless canceled. Apple may charge within 24 hours before the next billing period begins. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Apple handles billing and any required price-change notice or consent.

How to cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rally AI → Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial). Follow Apple's confirmation steps and check that an expiration date appears. You can also open Apple subscription management. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. See Apple's cancellation instructions if you cannot find it. Access ends on the date Apple shows; canceling a free trial may end access earlier. Country-specific rights may apply.

Deleting is not canceling: uninstalling Rally, deleting app data, withdrawing swing-processing consent, stopping use, or turning off optional analytics or notifications does not cancel billing. A support email is not a cancellation through Apple. Do not rely on a Rally trial-ending reminder to cancel; check Apple's date and cancel in time.

Other offers: a discounted returning-subscriber offer is separate from the new-subscriber free trial. If offered, the app and Apple show the discounted price, number of billing periods and regular renewal price before purchase. A paid discount is not another free trial. If you accept an offer while a canceled trial is still active, it can turn renewal back on; review when Apple says the paid offer starts.

Restore and refunds: use Restore purchases in Rally with the Apple Account that owns the subscription to recover eligible access. Restore does not grant another free trial. Request an App Store refund through Apple's Report a Problem service; eligibility is decided under Apple's terms and applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Apple handles payment information; Rally does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Subscription verification and RevenueCat reporting are explained in the Privacy Policy. The Apple Standard EULA remains the app's license agreement, and Apple's applicable media-services terms govern App Store billing.

App support

• Automatic verification: connect to the internet and reopen Rally. Public App Store installations normally verify automatically with Apple App Attest; no Rally account or invite code is required.
• Analysis trouble: use one swing per clip, film the full body from the side when possible, keep the clip at 15 seconds or less, and avoid minors or bystanders in frame.
• Rally Pro: open Profile → Rally Pro to view or manage the subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment information.
• Saved data: results and trusted audio-free motion reviews are stored on the iPhone, not in a Rally account, so they do not automatically transfer to another device.

Tennis journal and calendar

Tap Start session on Home, in Tennis calendar or in the plus menu. It starts a Practice timer immediately. Close the timer to keep playing; the saved start time lets it resume after leaving or relaunching Rally. Tap End & save to add your elapsed court time to the journal, then edit the type, notes or duration if needed. Discard requires confirmation and saves no session. A running timer is not included in journal export. Delete All Data removes it along with completed entries. Timing does not create an event in your connected calendar. If the phone clock is earlier than the start, correct its date and time before ending.

From Home, use the plus button → Log a tennis session or the Log a tennis session button. Home and Progress both offer View Calendar. Calendar shows logged sessions and, when Sessions + analyses is selected, saved analysis results. Insights shows logged court time, session counts, court days, average and longest sessions, weekly charts and the mix of session types. Session and analysis sections collapse separately; only logged sessions contribute court time.

Calendar connection is optional. Open the settings beside Planned tennis, choose Connect calendars and grant iOS full event access if you want Rally to show selected calendars. Nothing is selected automatically, and the default filter shows titles containing tennis. Calendar events remain with the iPhone Calendar system and your provider; Rally does not send them to its servers or analytics. Plan tennis opens Apple’s event editor; Save commits a change and Cancel does not. The selected provider may sync events with your account.

Disconnect clears Rally’s calendar choices and display without deleting events or revoking system permission. Change Calendar permission in iPhone Settings. Delete All Data also disconnects calendars, but does not delete their events. In Insights, Export insights saves a visual PDF of your statistics and charts. The more-options menu offers Export session data (JSON) for all completed entries and notes. Neither export contains a running timer, saved analyses or native calendar events. Later journal edits do not update an exported copy. Journal sync, import and guaranteed recovery after reinstalling or changing phones are not provided; export a copy you want to keep and manage it separately.

Your privacy choices

• Decline consent: Rally will not upload a swing without the electronic consent.
• Withdraw consent: Profile → Privacy & Data → Withdraw Consent blocks future uploads until you sign the current disclosure again. It does not delete completed local analyses.
• Delete one analysis: delete it from Progress to remove that analysis, contact image, pose track, and retained review video from the iPhone.
• Delete local Rally data: Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete all Rally data from this iPhone removes local analyses, review files, preferences, consent state, and the local installation credential.

Privacy requests

Email ricebboi@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request to ask Rally to confirm whether it is collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data about you; provide access or an applicable third-party list; correct verifiable information where required; stop future collection or sharing; delete information Rally can authenticate under your request; remove a launch-list submission or manual recovery label; report that a minor used the service; or provide the operator's legal mailing information.

Analytics in version 2.0, build 77: new product-analytics collection and delivery are disabled, and no Share usage analytics choice is shown in setup or Profile. Existing protected deletion requests for earlier analytics data can still retry; acceptance or scheduling is not completed provider deletion. Contact Rally using the privacy-request process on this page for access or deletion of previously shared information. RevenueCat subscription reporting remains enabled separately. This build contains no Meta SDK, requests no tracking permission and sends no app activity or subscription events to Meta.

State the request you are making and your state of residence. If the request concerns an anonymous installation, contact Rally before using the local all-data control or uninstalling the app. Include only enough information to help authenticate the request, such as the consent date visible in Profile and the approximate date of a recent analysis. Do not send identity documents, an installation credential, App Store credentials, payment information, a swing video, pose data, or a screenshot containing sensitive information unless Rally explains why a narrower method is insufficient.

Rally will use commercially reasonable efforts to authenticate the request through the existing email channel and the limited records described in the policies. Rally may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to authenticate the request, but will not require a new account. If Rally cannot authenticate a request, it will explain that limitation rather than disclose or delete data tied to another installation. Requests are free at least twice each year; Rally may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act only when permitted for a manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive request.

Response periods

• Washington: Rally will respond without undue delay and no later than 45 days after receiving the request. Authentication does not extend that clock. When reasonably necessary, Rally may take one additional 45-day extension and will explain the extension within the first 45 days. Deletion from an archived or backup system may be delayed only as allowed by Washington law, for no more than six months after authentication.
• Nevada: Rally will respond without undue delay and no later than 45 days after authenticating the request. When reasonably necessary, Rally may take one additional 45-day extension and will explain it within the first 45 days after authentication. An authenticated consumer-health deletion request will be completed within 30 days, including notice to applicable processors or other recipients. Nevada permits a longer delay for data on archived or backup systems only as allowed by law.
• Other requests: Rally will use the shortest applicable legal period and will explain any lawful extension or inability to authenticate.

Deletion scope

For an authenticated request, Rally will delete consumer health data within its records and network that can be linked to the requester and will instruct applicable processors, contractors, affiliates, or other recipients to delete covered data as required. Rally does not operate a server library of swing videos, pose tracks, scores, contact images, or coaching results. Temporary analysis content is destroyed through the request cleanup path; limited authorization, quota, abuse-control, and operational records follow the stated schedules unless an authenticated deletion duty applies or a limited legal or security exception permits retention.

Appeals

If Rally refuses to act on a privacy request, reply to the written decision with the subject Privacy Appeal. Rally will review the appeal through the same email channel and respond in writing within 45 days after receiving it. The response will explain the action or refusal and its reasons. If the appeal is denied, Rally will provide the applicable attorney general complaint method, including the Washington Attorney General or Nevada Attorney General when relevant.
